Shipping Methods and Rates

Expedited Shipping:
- We require expedited shipping so that the quality of your goods remain how they leave our kitchen.
- Delivery Time: 1-3 business days
- Rate: Anywhere from $10-$35 for domestic orders within the continental United States.

Shipping Process

Order Processing:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to be shipped.

Packaging:
- Our kunafa chocolate bars are carefully packaged to ensure they remain fresh and intact during transit. We use REUSABLE insulated packaging and ice packs when necessary to maintain the optimal temperature. This adds weight and size to our package, thus increasing the cost of getting it to your door.
- Each package is sealed securely to prevent any damage or contamination.
- We add a handling fee to cover some of the cost of the reusable insulated foam package as well as the reusable ice packs, we hope you make the most of them as well.

Shipping Notification:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.
Handling and Storage Upon Arrival
- Upon receiving your kunafa chocolate bars, it is best to bring them inside promptly and store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- During warmer months, it is recommended to refrigerate the chocolate bars upon arrival to maintain their freshness and texture.
Missing or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the package.
- For damaged items, please provide photographs of the packaging and the affected products. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
